Samuel R. McCuskey, P.E., MBA
President/Project Executive

Mr. McCuskey brings both Design and Construction expertise to every project. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a licensed General Contractor and is responsible for the management of projects from concept to completion. This includes participation with the Owner, Architect, Engineers and Constructors, during design and construction phases, in providing cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, construction analysis and dispute resolution. He has experience in program management, including team development, onsite supervision and coordination of subcontractors.

Rhoda T. Eikamp, MBA
Vice President/Director - Business Development

Ms. Eikamp successfully manages our Coproate office, Human Resources and also serves as Information Manager ensuring the efficient communication of information within McCuskey Group and on our projects. Ms. Eikamp develops marketing materials and business strategies for McCuskey Group. In addition, she assists with Project Management and Contract Supervision on various projects along with the Project Management Training, Facilitation and contract coordination.

Sean Van Ryder
Vice President/Project Manager

Mr. Van Ryder is a seasoned construction manager and brings a diverse background to McCuskey Group. He came up through the finish trades and brings the “hands-on” experience that is seldom found in construction management firms. Sean attended college courses in Construction Management, Project Management, and Business while working full time and gaining invaluable experience in the finish trades. Mr. Van Ryder’s construction management skills, combined with his first hand knowledge of typical trade coordination issues, allow McCuskey Group to bring each project to a successful completion.

Elhami Nasr, Ph.D.
Program Manager

Mr. Nasr has a Ph. D. in Construction Management and teaches Construction Management at Cal State Long Beach. His doctoral thesis was “Computer Applications for the Construction Industry.” Mr. Nasr is an expert in computer applications and construction management methodology. He has been associated with McCuskey Group on many of our most challenging projects since 1995.

Georg Schlueter, Ph.D., MBA, P.E.
Project Management Training

Dr. Georg Schlueter has over 35 years of professional experience in technology, business development and business management. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics and an MBA in Business and Management from the Institute of Technology in Aachen, Germany. For him, leadership means identifying a business’s opportunities and working with leaders who can enforce and practice his entrepreneurial view and enhance their business’s profitability. Dr, Schlueter’s business skills have helped McCuskey Group transition from a one person consulting business to the successful Construction Management firm McCuskey Group is today.
